REST EASY IN THE RESTORED KENCK LODGE

Attached to our Main Lodge, we recently completed a remodel of the historic Oscar Kenck House. Built in 1890, this quaint 1,500-square-foot house is fully accessible. The Kenck House has its own driveway and entrance for your own privacy. Plus, if you’re traveling as a family, we also offer a portable pack and play crib. The lodge includes: full kitchen, one bathroom, living room with fireplace and TV, two bedrooms downstairs (#1: two queen beds; #2: one king bed, one twin bed) and Wi-Fi.

Lodge rate: $300/night (plus cleaning fee and state lodging tax)

Kenck House Upstairs Bedroom and Living Room

For an additional fee of $100/night, guests can also book the upstairs bedroom and living room in the Kenck House. It includes a queen bed, double bed and living room with pool table.

RESTORED HISTORICAL CABIN

A quaint addition to Flying Shit House Ranch and our on-ranch lodging options include beautifully restored one-room cabins. Each cabin in include a bed, electricity and propane heat. These are a great option if you have friends or family who plan to join you in Augusta for your trip and can easily be booked as an add-on to the Kenck House. Rate: $80/night.

LUGGAGE SUGGESTION

If you do not want to travel with your luggage and gear, you can ship your luggage to our ranch headquarters prior to your trip. If you would like us to ship your luggage back home, we request the shipping company’s charge, plus a $50 handling fee. Please consult your airline for luggage weight & size restrictions and number of luggage allowed per person. GETTING TO AUGUSTA, MONTANA AND MARK YOUNG OUTFITTERS

If you plan to fly to Montana, we recommend utilizing the Great Falls International Airport in nearby Great Falls, Montana. From the airport, you are a one-hour drive from the ranch. The following airlines fly in and out of Great Falls: Delta, United, Alaska and Allegiant.

VEHICLE RENTALS

To make your trip to Augusta and Mark Young Outfitters as seamless as possible, we recommend renting a truck or suburban. DO NOT RENT A CAR. There are car rental companies available on-site at the Great Falls International Airport, including Hertz (406-761-6641) or Enterprise (406-216-5001).

SUGGESTED GREAT FALLS, MONTANA LODGING

The Crystal Inn, near the Great Falls International Airport, offers many amenities unique to the Great Falls area, including a free airport shuttle. Some flights into Great Falls are very late. You might choose to spend the first night at the Crystal Inn, which is near the airport, so that you don’t have to dodge deer on the way to Augusta.

Best Western Plus Heritage Inn is also located close to Great Falls International Airport and offers a complimentary airport shuttle. They also have an on-site restaurant, sports bar & casino and coffee bar.
